Its a simple recipe for chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie with protein. Serving for 4 persons

Ingredients :

  • chocolate nibs 1 tablespoon
  • Peanut butter 1 tablespoon
  • Cocoa powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • Almond milk 3 cups
  • Bananas, peeled 2
  • Flax seeds for decorating 1 1/2 tablespoons
  • Honey for decorating 2 tablespoons

Method :

Cut the bananas into roundels and place in a blender jar. Add chocolate nibs, flax seeds, peanut butter, cocoa powder, 2 tbsps. honey, yogurt & almond milk and blend till smooth. Then cover the rim of 4 individual glasses with honey and stick flax seeds onto the rims. Pour the smoothie into each glass and serve chilled.
