Apple Soya Shake is a Nutritious Drink for Nutrition seekers. Preparation Time 5 minutes. Cooking Time : 0 – 5 minutes. Serves four persons.

Ingredients : 

  • Apple 3
  • Soya milk 2 cups
  • Cinnamon powder for sprinkling 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar 3 tablespoons
  • Ice cubes (as required)
  • Apple slices for garnish

Method : 

Core all the apples and cut into small cubes. Place the sugar, apple cubes, one teaspoon cinnamon powder, soya milk and ice cubes in a blender jar and blend well. Now pour the drink into individual glasses, sprinkle some cinnamon powder and garnish with apple slices. Serve chilled.
