Chocolate Lassi by Sanjeev Kapoor

Full of Nutrition. Yogurt is a good source of calcium & Protein. Children will simply love this lassi.

Preparation Time : 10-12 minutes

Cooking Time : 15-20 minutes

Servings : 4

Ingredients :

  • Chocolate Balls 10
  • Yogurt 4 cups
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Chocolate syrup 4 tablespoons
  • Dark chocolate biscuits (crushed for garnish)

Method :

Take a Mixer Jar, place the yogurt in it. Add chocolate balls and sugar and blend till smooth. Spread 1 tbsp. dark chocolate syrup on the insides of each of 4 glasses. Pour the lassi in the glasses and garnish with crushed dark chocolate biscuits and some crushed chocolate balls. Serve chilled.
